Notice Period– 30- 60 Days
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of embedded software for automotive applications using Classic AUTOSAR standards.
– Oversee the implementation and integration of AUTOSAR components
– Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of embedded software engineers.
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, system architects, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and operation.
– Ensure that all software development complies with automotive industry standards and safety regulations.
– Conduct and oversee code reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
– Participate in system-level design and architecture discussions, bringing your expertise to bear on critical decisions.
– Maintain detailed and comprehensive documentation for software design, development, and testing processes.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Extensive experience in embedded systems development, with a focus on the automotive industry.
– In-depth knowledge of Classic AUTOSAR standards and architecture.
– Strong proficiency in C programming language.
– Proven experience with microcontrollers (MCUs) and microprocessors (MPUs).
– Expertise in embedded middleware and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, etc.).
– Understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and their application in embedded systems.
– Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
– Experience with model-based development tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).
– Knowledge of functional safety standards (ISO 26262).
– Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
– Hands-on experience with software development tools and environments (e.g., CANoe, CANalyzer and other Vector tools).
– Previous experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
